I’ve been within the HR field for over 10 years now, starting my career as an intern and being a senior professional until I founded SORUL. During my years within corporate HR, I’ve been working for a variety of companies from different industries: automotive, FMCG, software and iGaming. My recruitment experience covers most of the countries of the EMEA region; regular, fixed term and internship positions within the full scope of business functions and seniority levels.
Language Skills
I’ve been also lucky to be a guest speaker in various organizations: mentoring job seekers and early talents. Being a keen learner, I’ve always been refining my knowledge within my own professional area as well as other areas (e.g. coding, agile project management). As a coach, I’ve been guiding individuals to set goals for their career and professional development and to support them on their journey.
My main mission is leave a lasting positive impact on my candidates and business partners with a people centered approach and to provide positive experiences.
